Order processing & shipping times.

We undertake to do everything possible to process and prepare your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are prepared and shipped from our store within 24/48 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays), after validation and depending on the availability of the desired items.

Your orders will reach you in a closed, solid, discreet shipment without any external mark identifying its content.


Delivery delay

Our shipments are entrusted to the post office.
Depending on the amount of your order, you can choose delivery in:

You remain informed at each stage of your order: Payment accepted > preparation in progress > delivery in progress (with delivery tracking) > package delivered.

Each time the status of your order changes, you will receive an email containing useful information (such as the link for delivery tracking).

* Delivery times do not take into account shipping time, i.e. 24/48 hours excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

* We strive to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible (24/48 hours). However, we cannot be held responsible for any delay falling under the responsibility of the post office, or for an inability to honor our contract in the event that we are faced with obvious cases of force majeure such as strikes, disaster natural, war or civil riot etc…

Right of return: the consumer has, within 14 working days of delivery of his order, a right of return for the choice of an exchange, a credit or a refund of products that do not suit him.

Beyond this period, no returns will be accepted, the postmark being proof.

In order for us to be able to reserve the same item, in a new size or desired model, as stocks are constantly changing, we thank our customers for informing us in advance of any returns by email to the following address: agnesboudoir@gmail. com, In return, you will receive within 48 hours an email confirming our services.

Except in the case of an error on our part (error in size, color, model, etc.). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must only be done in a tracked package.

The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging intact. The returned products will be carefully checked by us and we reserve the right to refuse the exchange, refund or issue of a credit if the returned product does not conform to its original condition.

In the case of a return for reimbursement, the amount will be equal to the actual price of the item (less reductions or other advantages which you could have benefited from on the order). Shipping costs are not refundable even in the case of a complete return of an order.
